We are often asked what differentiates us from the competition. The most important thing is our people. Microsoft Dynamics and bcFood are the software tools we depend on, but even the best tools are useless unless they are placed in skilled hands and used for the purpose for which they were intended.
Below is an introduction to a few selected members of our team that have been with us for over a decade.
Diana Burton
Senior Consultant, Project Manager
Former Controller, 25+ years of accounting, finance & administration experience, 10+ years with Microsoft Dynamics
Diana brings many years of solid accounting, implementation, project management and technical experience. She served as a finance & administration manager, senior accountant and controller prior to joining us.
Diana’s focus is primarily on project management, implementation, training and support, especially for food processing and distribution clients. Diana also does software development in Microsoft Dynamics. Diana has extensive experience with manufacturing and inventory-based business, she has worked with the Navision/Microsoft Dynamics product since 1998.
Diana is fluent in Italian.
Elayna Contreras
Manager of Implementation Services, CPA (inactive)
25+ years of accounting, finance & administration experience, 10+ years with Microsoft Dynamics
Elayna brings a great deal of experience in the accounting and business consulting world. Her work experience includes positions in public accounting firms, consulting positions for the US Peace Corps, and independent consulting.
Elayna holds a BS in Business Administration from University of California, Berkeley – Walter A. Haas School of Business. In addition to managing implementation services, Elayna’s responsibilities include project management, software implementation, training, and support. She has extensive experience with complex reporting, currency and international accounting, as well as complex inventory-based businesses. Elayna has worked with the Navision/Microsoft Dynamics product since 1999.
Elayna is fluent in Spanish.
Bruno Johansson
VP of Business Development, Masters in Computer Science
10+ years of with Microsoft Dynamics
Bruno’s background is in design, development, programming, and integration of applications in the Microsoft Dynamics environment. Bruno served as a consultant/system developer for a large international Navision Solution Center in Europe; additionally he has worked in a similar position for other Navision Solution centers and for the Center for Information Technology in Education in Lund, Sweden.
His degrees include a MS in Computer Science and undergraduate in Business Administration and Economics, with an emphasis on Strategic Management and Control Systems. Bruno has worked with the Navision/Microsoft Dynamics product since 1998.
Bruno is fluent in Swedish.
Dirk Manders
VP of Operations, Master in Information Management and Auditing
15+ years of business experience, 10+ years with Microsoft Dynamics
Dirk has extensive experience in software design, programming, implementation, and project management. Dirk has previously held positions as a Software Designer and Project Manager.
In addition to his Masters Degree in Information Management and Auditing from Katholieke Universiteit
Brabant in the Netherlands, he has had multiple articles published in Dutch trade magazines. Dirk has worked with the Navision/Microsoft Dynamics product since 1998.
Dirk is fluent in Dutch and German.
